Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of Thai cuisine, we cannot offer refunds once the kitchen has begun preparing your meal.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 minutes of receipt. We will prioritize a replacement or issue a refund via Stripe.
Processing Time
Refunds issued via Stripe typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
